Best ever pork chops

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

3 (4 ounce) packets saltine crackers, crushed

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 thin cut pork chops

Directions

1. Warm an oven to 375.

2. Beat eggs with garlic powder and onion powder.

3. Put cracker crumbs on a separate serving plate.

4. Warm oil in a large pan using medium high heat.

5. Dip pork chops into egg, then roll in cracker crumbs to coat.

6. Fry in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes per side, just until golden brown.

7. Move to a baking sheet, and bake for 45 minutes.

8. Turn once during baking, then serve immediately.
